Steve Irwin
President/Investment Advisor Representative/Licensed Insurance Agency
Steve has been serving the insurance and financial service needs of Arkansans for over thirty-three years. His “Financial Preservation Programs” have been attended by people throughout central and southwestern Arkansas. Steve has developed a specialty in working with those who want to protect principal and ensure their money lasts. His practice focuses on helping his clients avoid common mistakes and he has counseled hundreds to avoid these pitfalls.

Rhonda Irwin
Vice President of Accounting/Licensed Insurance Agent
Rhonda is married to Steve and they have two children, Miles & Lauren. She is such a great motivator for The Irwin Agency team. Along with co-founding the agency, she serves as our Accounting Officer. Both Rhonda and Steve are life-long residents of Hot Springs.
Thomas Rizzo
VP of Operations/Investment Advisor Representative

Thomas began working for The Irwin Agency in March of 2009 while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude from Henderson State University, he joined the agency full time. He currently serves as Vice President of Operations. Thomas is a proud father to two sons, Luca and Micah.

Blake Buttrum

Blake joined The Irwin Agency in February of 2010. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, making him a huge asset to our organization. He was recommended to Steve Irwin by his grandmother, who is a long-term client. He is enjoying the blessing of his daughter, Elley, every day. Both Blake and his wife, Ashley, are life-long residents of Hot Springs.
Matt Minton
Investment Advisor Representative/Licensed Insurance Agent

Matt graduated from Henderson State University in 2011, with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. He joined The Irwin Agency team in May 2011, and recently started offering Medicare Supplements to clients. He and his wife, Kelly, are enjoying their new son, Matthew, who was born in April 2017.
Haley Sasnette
Marketing Coordinator
Haley joined The Irwin Agency in August of 2017. She manages all of our marketing efforts for the company, and runs our website and social media platforms. Haley and her husband, Stephen, have two children, Nathaniel, who is 7 years old and attends Lakeside, and Kennedy, who was born in April of 2017. She is enjoying her new position, and is excited to be a part of our team.

Nancy Baker

Nancy joined our team in 2012. She helps all of us around the office by preparing spreadsheets for meetings and many other tasks. She is very detail oriented and has over 40 years customer service experience. She is special to our team because her mother and aunt have been clients of The Irwin Agency for many years. She is also raising her two grandchildren.
